The main focus of the Reiki I Class is to heal yourself. It is always important to heal yourself first before working with others. Reiki is a simple yet powerful healing modality that addresses all aspects of the self - mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically. In this course you will learn how to channel the Universal Life Force Energy for the purpose of healing yourself, others, animals and plants. There are 5 Elements to the System of Reiki: Developing Spiritual and Mental Focus, Techniques and Meditations, Hands-on-Healing, Four Mantras and Symbols and Reiju / Attunements. This is a well-rounded course that includes Mikao Usui's Traditional Teachings of Reiki and modern Reiki as it is being taught in most parts of the world today.

 

Prior to the first class, you will receive 4 attunements, which is a sacred initiation to open you up to channeling the Universal Life Force Energy. The attunement is offered privately for 1 hour prior to the 1st class. 

Students report that this class is a life altering course. All students will be receiving a full body Reiki Treatment and doing their own transformational work throughtout this course.
