Reiki is a powerful yet simple healing modality for oneself and others using spiritual or universal life force energy. Reiki is two Japanese words meaning - Rei “spiritual” and Ki meaning “energy” The many benefits of Reiki include deep relaxation, reduced stress, anxiety, and depression. Increased creativity and intuition, stronger immune system overall improved state well-being, and much more.

In this Reiki 1 (Shoden) class you will have the opportunity to learn and develop a powerful and effective daily self-healing practice which includes hands-on healing, meditation, grounding, chi gong, hands-on healing for animals and plants and more. This practice builds the foundation within oneself to promote personal and spiritual growth and to prepare to offer healing to others.
