RENT RATES
4 hours per week/16 hrs. per mo./$9.37 per hr. = $150.00
5 hours per week/20 hrs. per mo./$8.75 per hr. = $175.00
(1/2 day) 6 hours per week/24 hrs. per mo./ $8.33 per hr. = $200.00
8 hours per week/32 hours per month/$7.81 per hr. - $250.00
12 hours per week/48 hours per month/$5.73 per hr. - $275.00

Office Benefits:
Office Includes: credit card machine access, personal U.S. mailbox, kitchen, voice mail, community support, community kitchen, deck, conference room & bathrooms
Advertisement: Quarterly Advertisement in AHC Newsletter & Web Site Advertisement is included.
Note: All other advertisement will be the responsibility of the individual practitioners
Rent Includes: PG&E, Water & Phones
For AHC Practitioners - Additional Time Additional office space usage is available. Check for the “open” time slots on the Room Schedule. You will need to e-mail the group to reserve your space. Additional office space is $12.50 per hour and due on the day you use the additional office space. Please fill out the “Additional Office Space” form, clip it to your check and put it into Lisa’s mailbox.
Rent Payment Schedule:
Rent is due on the 25th of the month. Please make checks out to “Lisa Belvoir”.
(note: everyday you are late, there is a $15.00 per day late charge required)
Required Starting Fees: 1st Months/Last Months and $100.00 Key Deposit
